Tom Bevans entered the commercial real estate business in 2008 after owning retail ski stores in Denver and Breckenridge for many years. Specializing in the leasing and sale of second generation shopping centers in Colorado, Tom Bevans has established long term relationships with many owners, has worked on a wide variety of centers ranging from low-end to top-quality anchored and power centers and has represented numerous retail tenants expanding throughout Colorado. He has extensive experience re-tenanting existing retail properties to achieve the optimum tenant mix and enhance the center’s value and has a successful track record of selling these projects after the leasing goals have been achieved.
Tom grew up in Denver and graduated from the University of Colorado (Go Buffs!!) with a BS in Business Marketing.
