Douglas Antonoff is the CEO of Antonoff & Co., President and co-founder of Antonoff & Co. Brokerage, Inc., and is the managing member and general partner of several other operating entities. Doug has been actively involved in the real estate business since 1986 and has a wide background in real estate as a real estate broker, developer and attorney practicing in the areas of real estate and business law. Some of Doug’s notable development projects include:

• Ground up development of Century 21 Plaza, 1350-1390 S. Colorado Blvd., Denver, CO, a 32,000 square foot high design shopping center.
• Redevelopment of historic 24 Broadway, Denver, CO into a vibrant building with two restaurants including one of Denver’s best rooftop patios.
• Redevelopment of historic 1810 Blake Street, Denver, CO building into an attractive, functional office building.
• Development of a 300 acre greenfield property into a state of the art manufactured and site built housing community in Lochbuie, CO containing about 1,000 homes.
• Redevelopment of historic 1528 Wazee Street into our company’s headquarters.
• Redevelopment of the historic El Rancho property in Evergreen, CO adding a new First Bank and working with a buyer of the property to convert the El Rancho restaurant to a restaurant and brewery.

Doug was awarded the Star Award from the Rocky Mountain Shopping Center Association for New Construction, Design and Aesthetics for the Century 21 Plaza project. Doug and his family were also awarded the Torch of Liberty Award from the Anti-Defamation League for generations of service to the community.

Prior to his current positions at Antonoff & Co. and Antonoff & Co. Brokerage, Inc., Doug worked as a real estate broker at Antonoff Miller Properties and Mile High Retail Associates and as an attorney at Brownstein Hyatt Farber & Madden.

Doug is a graduate of Colorado College where he graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in business and economics. He also graduated from Boston College in 1986, cum laude, with Juris Doctor and Masters in Business Administration degrees.

Doug is committed to make a positive difference in the world through, among other activities, his role as an active member of the board of directors of the Anti-Defamation League and service on a number of ADL committees, his service on the board and committees of Jewish Family Services, his donation of time as a life coach to at risk junior high and high school students, his active involvement in an Indivisible group, and his service as an active alumnus of Colorado College. Doug is a member of The International Council of Shopping Centers and has served on several retail councils of The Urban Land Institute.
