Bob Bramble and I began our professional relationship starting in 1986, when Bob, then at Frederick Ross Company, answered a cold call from me, about the possibility of purchasing a multi-tenant commercial property that wasn't even for sale. (We, eventually, consummated the purchase). Since that time, with Bob's knowledge and guidance, I have purchased and sold several other office and retail properties in Colorado and Arizona.
