Charles Nusbaum joined the Antonoff & Co. Brokerage, Inc. team in February 2018, after nearly ten years as a top-producing broker at Dunton Commercial Real Estate. With over twenty-eight years of retail, office and industrial leasing, sales and management experience, he continues to specialize in retail leasing and tenant representation.
Originally from Norfolk, Virginia, Charles earned his degree from Washington & Lee University and spent seven years with Transwestern in Vienna, VA. He returned to Norfolk to grow his family’s full service real estate brokerage firm before it was acquired in 2001 by Thalhimer Commercial, a large regional broker. Charles subsequently moved to Colorado where he ventured into business brokerage with VR Business Brokers, assisting buyers and sellers of independently owned businesses as well as new and existing franchises. As the real estate industry recovered, he seized opportunities to return to leasing and management with assignments at TEBO Development, Western Centers, Donald J. Fleisher Co. and RBI Retail Brokers.
A master at networking, Charles prides himself in creating win-win situations through relationship building. He enjoys matching people with the right circumstances and genuinely cares about the success of all involved. Charles is a member of Denver Metro Commercial Association of Brokers (DMCAB) and International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). His recent transaction volume earned recognition from CoStar Group as a Denver Power Broker and from DMCAB as a Top Ten Retail Leasing Heavy Hitter.
