Jeffrey started his real estate career in the retail real estate business in 1985 while attending graduate school at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN. While working with two prominent family owned real estate companies, he has primarily focused his real estate career on most aspects of the shopping center business, including leasing, development, tenant representation and commercial and investment sales.

Garnering his unique professional skill set, he helps families and estates work through their own complicated personal dynamics so they can determine how ownership of commercial real estate can best benefit their future investment goals.
Most recently, Jeffrey has focused his efforts on single tenant, net leased property sales throughout the United States with an emphasis on the metro Denver and Colorado markets primarily for high net worth investors and estates.
As a Denver native, Jeffrey has spent and continues to spend much of his free time volunteering in various capacities for local arts organizations such as the Denver Art Museum, Platte Forum, DAVA and the Colorado Business Committee for the Arts.
Jeffrey is married to his wonderful wife Natalie and they can often be found either watching or playing tennis and scouring the art world to add pieces to their art collection.
